Tangível is hiring Senior UX Designers to work on high-scale, complex digital products with international impact. This is a senior role with real responsibility and influence, suited for professionals comfortable working in demanding, enterprise-level environments.
What you will do
Conduct user research and translate insights into clear design decisions
Design user journeys, workflows, and high-fidelity prototypes
Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders
Contribute actively in Agile / Scrum environments
Communicate design rationale through storytelling and presentations
Ensure consistency, usability, and quality across large-scale products
Requirements
5+ years of experience in UX / Product Design
Proven experience working on complex products or corporate environments
Strong ability to explain and defend design decisions
High attention to detail, from research to specifications
Advanced/fluent English, spoken and written
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site)
Updated portfolio demonstrating process, reasoning, and impact (not just UI)
