UX Researcher

<p>We’re looking for an experienced UX Researcher who’s genuinely curious about people and motivated to understand their motivations, habits, and behaviors. You’re comfortable building empathy with users, clients, and teams, and you know how to translate observations into clear, actionable insights and practical recommendations.</p><h2 id="responsabilities">What you will do</h2><div><div id="responsibilities-text"><div><ul><li><p>Conduct end-to-end research activities: from understanding the challenge and defining research questions to planning, conducting, analyzing, and communicating results;</p></li><li><p>Apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (usability testing, contextual and in-depth interviews, workshops, direct observation, shadowing, diary studies, surveys, card sorting, tree testing, etc.), including triangulating findings from multiple sources;</p></li><li><p>Translate research findings into practical and strategic recommendations for a wide range of stakeholders, from executive leadership to technical teams;</p></li><li><p>Support the definition of user experience metrics;</p></li><li><p>Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring the user’s voice is considered at all stages of the project;</p></li><li><p>Document and communicate results in a clear, visual, and engaging way;</p></li><li><p>Promote a research-driven and user-centered design culture within Tangível and with clients.</p></li></ul></div></div></div><h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2><div><div id="requirements-text"><div><ul><li><p>Minimum of 2 years' experience in UX Research or related fields (design, psychology, anthropology, etc.);</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Human-Centered Design frameworks (e.g., Double Diamond, Design Thinking, etc.);</p></li><li><p>Ability to think critically beyond business requirements – questioning, understanding, and prioritizing research requests, proposing solid methodologies appropriate to the context and needs of the project;</p></li><li><p>Ability to moderate and facilitate research activities;</p></li><li><p>Ability to critically analyze, synthesize, and report – translating raw data and complex findings into actionable and clear insights, guiding the business regarding their implementation priority;</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication;</p></li><li><p>Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English.</p></li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li><p><span>Experience in consulting or multidisciplinary project contexts, with ease in managing and aligning the expectations of multiple stakeholders;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with tools to operationalize and analyze research activities, with or without Artificial Intelligence support (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey; Optimal Workshop, Figma, Miro, Notion, Google Analytics, SPSS, NotebookLM, etc.);</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with inclusive design and accessibility practices;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic knowledge of UX Design, Service Design, or Product Discovery.</span></p></li></ul></div></div></div>
