The UX Writer is responsible for giving voice and clarity to digital products and services. Their mission is to create consistent, human and useful experiences through language, helping people understand, make decisions and take action with confidence. Working closely with designers, researchers and product managers, the UX Writer ensures that every word contributes to a better overall user experience.
What you will do
Write and edit microcopy for digital interfaces (buttons, messages, menus, error and
Ensure consistency of voice and tone across all user touch points;
Collaborate with design, research and development teams to integrate content into the
Create, maintain and evolve voice & tone guidelines and content systems;
Support usability testing with a focus on language, comprehension and clarity;
Translate complex concepts into simple, empathetic and actionable content.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design or related areas
Excellent command of Portuguese and strong writing skills in English;
Solid knowledge of best practices for writing digital products;
Sensitivity to user experience and design principles;
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and iterative processes.
Nice to have
Experience with design and collaboration tools (Figma, FigJam, Notion, etc.);
Experience contributing to design systems or language style guides;
Knowledge of accessibility and plain language principles;
Interest in metrics and understanding the impact of content on product outcomes.
