The UX Writer is responsible for giving voice and clarity to digital products and services. Their mission is to create consistent, human and useful experiences through language — helping people understand, make decisions and take action with confidence. Working closely with designers, researchers and product managers, the UX Writer ensures that every word contributes to a better overall user experience.
What you will do
Write and edit microcopy for digital interfaces (buttons, messages, menus, error and
Ensure consistency of voice and tone across all user touchpoints;
Collaborate with design, research and development teams to integrate content into the
Create, maintain and evolve voice & tone guidelines and content systems;
Support usability testing with a focus on language, comprehension and clarity;
Translate complex concepts into simple, empathetic and actionable content.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design or related areas
Excellent command of Portuguese and strong writing skills in English;
Solid knowledge of best practices for writing digital products;
Sensitivity to user experience and design principles;
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and iterative processes.
Nice to have
Experience with design and collaboration tools (Figma, FigJam, Notion, etc.);
Experience contributing to design systems or language style guides;
Knowledge of accessibility and plain language principles;
Interest in metrics and understanding the impact of content on product outcomes.
